– How long have you been in business?
It is 20 years since my first photograph.

– What cameras do you use?
We use Canon 5D Mark III, Canon 7d, Nikon D700, Nikon D90, Fuji.

– How many people are on you team?
We are curently 8 members on the team.

– Can we visit your studios?
Yes, we have a homebase studio in Vredekloof as well as an office in Kuilsriver. Meetings at appointment only as we are on location often.

– How much are your deposits?
We require a 50%, non-refundable, booking fee.

– Non refundable? Does that mean that if you cancel, we lose our money?
No if for unavoidable reasons we are forced to withdraw from your event, we will immediately refund any deposits that you paid out. The booking fee is only non-refundable if the cancellation came from your side.

– Do you offer payment plans?
Monthly payment plans can be arranged.

– When do you require the booking fee?
We work on a first come, first serve basis, we recommend our clients to pay their booking fees as quickly as possible, to avoid disappointment.

– What happens if your photographer cannot make your wedding?
If your specific team cannot make your wedding, it will be reassigned to another BE Photography team. This will have no impact on the quality of your product.

-May we swop our engegement session for an extra hour on the wedding?
Yes you may.

-Do you include RAW images?

-Do you have backup gear?
Yes we do. Most of our cameras has duel memory card slots. Most of our packages include 2 photographers, giving you extra piece of mind.

– Do you require meals at a wedding?
Yes please.

– Do you require accommodation?
We require accommodation if the venue is more than a 2 hour drive from Brackenfell.

– Can you customise packages?
Yes we can.

-Do you backup the photographs once downloaded?
Yes, we back up all the images on Cloud.

-When do we receive our photographs?
You will receive a sneak preview the week after the wedding. The rest of your photographs and film will be available 8-12 weeks after your wedding, depending on the time of year. Rush editing options are available.

– May we choose the location of our engagement or couple shoot?
